Job summary

As an Associate AI Platforms Engineer, you'll assist in the rollout and administration of enterprise AI platforms, particularly Microsoft 365 Copilot, involving user onboarding, training, and day-to-day support.

Qualifications

  • 2 to 4 years' experience in IT, platform engineering, or enterprise SaaS administration
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration
  • Power user of enterprise AI tools
  • Knowledge of governance and adoption of enterprise AI tools
  • Experience in technology rollout or adoption programmes
  • Awareness of the Microsoft enterprise technology landscape
  • Experience with Low-Code platforms is a plus
  • Experience on other enterprise platforms is a plus
  • Awareness of multi-region AI regulation is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support the rollout of AI platforms, including pilot waves and user onboarding
  • Perform day-to-day administration tasks for AI platforms
  • Prepare and deliver training materials and sessions
  • Maintain documentation and internal knowledge content
  • Collect and present adoption and usage data
  • Triage user questions and platform issues
  • Collaborate with the Information Protection team on content readiness
  • Support early users of the Snowflake-based advanced AI platform
  • Stay updated on platform roadmaps and new features
  • Build small Low-Code solutions
