Job summary
Justice Digital is seeking an Associate Infrastructure Engineer to join their Video Services team in London. The role involves building and supporting modern audio-video technologies, providing technical expertise, and ensuring reliable video services for the Ministry of Justice.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with modern video collaboration technologies
- Strong technical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Good working knowledge of managed video platforms and AV management tools
- Familiarity with ITIL-based service management processes
- Awareness of strategic enterprise platforms such as Microsoft 365
- Ability to develop relationships with Business Units and Technology Teams
- Experience in enhancing video and collaboration services
Responsibilities
- Build and run user-centric, data-driven audio-video technologies
- Share knowledge of tools and collaboration platforms
- Act as the technical Video Subject Matter Expert (SME)
- Test, monitor, and support MoJ Video endpoints
- Deploy and support Legacy and cloud-based Video infrastructure
- Monitor and manage robust Video Services
- Implement performance tests for potential bottlenecks
- Implement security, backup, and redundancy strategies
- Maintain interoperability with other MoJ key systems
- Maintain documentation and service data for Audio Video Systems
- Review and support technical changes
