Justice Digital is seeking an Associate Infrastructure Engineer to join their Video Services team in London. The role involves building and supporting modern audio-video technologies, providing technical expertise, and ensuring reliable video services for the Ministry of Justice.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with modern video collaboration technologies
• Strong technical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Good working knowledge of managed video platforms and AV management tools
• Familiarity with ITIL-based service management processes
• Awareness of strategic enterprise platforms such as Microsoft 365
• Ability to develop relationships with Business Units and Technology Teams
• Experience in enhancing video and collaboration services

Responsibilities

• Build and run user-centric, data-driven audio-video technologies
• Share knowledge of tools and collaboration platforms
• Act as the technical Video Subject Matter Expert (SME)
• Test, monitor, and support MoJ Video endpoints
• Deploy and support Legacy and cloud-based Video infrastructure
• Monitor and manage robust Video Services
• Implement performance tests for potential bottlenecks
• Implement security, backup, and redundancy strategies
• Maintain interoperability with other MoJ key systems
• Maintain documentation and service data for Audio Video Systems
• Review and support technical changes
