Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Develop scripts, queries, integrations, and applications using Python, SQL, and other platforms.
• Automate workflows, monitoring, reporting, and system integrations through APIs.
• Analyze operational data and create automated reporting for decision-making.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for consistency and scalability.
• Support cloud-based technology environments through automation.
• Contribute to CI/CD automation and deployment processes.
• Apply software engineering best practices including testing and documentation.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify and transform operational pain points.
• Measure and report automation outcomes focusing on efficiency and reliability.
