Qualifications
- Strong knowledge in PLC programming, HMI/SCADA systems, and experience with industrial networks.
- Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
- Team-oriented communication in interdisciplinary projects and proficiency in English; German is a plus.
- Motivation to introduce new technologies and optimize processes.
Responsibilities
- Analyze existing production processes and identify automation potentials.
- Develop, program, and commission PLC, HMI, and SCADA solutions.
- Collaborate with production, quality, and development on new technologies.
- Ensure stability, safety, and continuous optimization of automated systems.
- Contribute to the digitalization of manufacturing.
- Establish and improve standards for automation and process safety.
- Train colleagues to build automation competence within the team.
