Job summary
The Cloud Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and operating secure AWS infrastructure for a B2B SaaS platform in the financial services industry, maintaining platform resilience, security, and automation across environments.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain AWS infrastructure across environments
- Support application deployments and platform services
- Implement and manage infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code
- Configure and maintain AWS services including compute, storage, and networking
- Monitor infrastructure health and performance; respond to incidents
- Partner with engineering and security teams for reliability and scalability
- Implement backup, disaster recovery, and high-availability solutions
- Support automation for infrastructure provisioning and deployments
- Manage IAM roles and access controls
- Contribute to cloud cost monitoring and optimization
- Maintain documentation and operational procedures
- Participate in on-call or incident response rotations
