• Implement operational automation and monitoring improvements
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Lead incident calls and coordinate across teams
• Experience managing major incidents and escalations

Responsibilities

• Manage cloud technologies, especially AWS/Azure
• Knowledge of cloud components like EC2, Load balancers, IAM, VPC, S3
• Implement Infrastructure as Code tools including CloudFormation, Chef, Jenkins, Terraform, Git
• Experience with various agent types like Qualys, CrowdStrike, Splunk
• Identify relevant integrations and interfaces to other systems
• Manage and configure IAM services within IT infrastructure
• Set up and manage security groups and network ACLs in AWS
• Configure and validate backups and implement cybersecurity tools
• Set up and verify logging and monitoring tools
• Manage load balancers and install SSL certificates for secure deployment
• Ensure secure and scalable cloud environments using AWS services
