As an AWS Cloud Platform Engineer, you will build and evolve the foundation for product teams, shaping a modern internal developer platform on AWS with a focus on scalability, reliability, and developer experience. Your work will directly impact the efficiency of software development, deployment, and operation for high-traffic digital products and business-critical internal systems.

Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience operating critical large-scale AWS environments, with broad knowledge of AWS technologies (compute, storage, networking, backup, recovery, cloud security).
- Deep experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CI/CD, automation practices, agile software delivery, and Platform Engineering concepts, including internal developer platform development.
- Strong sense of end-to-end ownership and ability to drive topics forward in complex environments.
- Clear and respectful communication skills, openness to feedback, and a collaborative mindset supporting knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
- Systems and product mindset with a strong focus on internal users and their needs.
- Ability to challenge existing solutions thoughtfully and make sound engineering trade-offs balancing quality, speed, and maintainability.
- Curiosity, forward-looking thinking, and a structured approach to discussions for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and continuously improve the internal developer platform on AWS using Terraform, focusing on scalability, reliability, and developer experience.
- Automate infrastructure delivery through CI/CD pipelines and expand self-service capabilities for product teams.
- Own and evolve core platform components to enable autonomous service building, deployment, and operation.
- Review pull requests, share knowledge, and maintain high engineering standards across the platform.
- Evaluate and introduce new AWS services, tools, and cloud-native patterns that add value.
- Strengthen platform security, compliance, and resilience through clear standards, guardrails, and robust design.
- Collaborate with product teams to understand needs, remove bottlenecks, and translate requirements into scalable platform solutions.
