AWS DevOps Engineer

Job summary

The AWS DevOps Engineer role is centered on automating the software lifecycle and managing infrastructure as code in AWS environments. Responsibilities include deploying microservices in Kubernetes clusters using GitOps methodologies, designing CI/CD pipelines, and providing support for production environments while fostering a DevOps culture within the organization.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience with AWS services: EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch, Route 53, EKS/ECS
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI
• Knowledge of containers and orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes
• Cloud security knowledge: identity management, secrets, hardening, compliance
• Experience with observability tools: CloudWatch, Dynatrace, Kibana, Prometheus, Grafana
• Teamwork and continuous improvement orientation
• Proficient in spoken and written English
