Responsibilities

• Run, manage, and evolve AWS and secure on-premise environments.
• Lead Level 3 production support and non-production environment maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with security standards.
• Build and maintain infrastructure components.
• Enhance CI/CD tooling and self-service developer pipelines.
• Manage and resolve technical debt.
• Increase automation, observability, and testing coverage.
• Align delivery with the product roadmap.
• Support critical national infrastructure tasks.
• Use ServiceNow to track and manage changes.
