Azure and Power Platform Engineer

Job summary

The Azure and Power Platform Engineer is responsible for leading the development, integration, and ongoing support of Microsoft technology solutions. This role involves building and managing Azure integrations using Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Service Bus, as well as designing Power Apps and Power Automate solutions to ensure reliable integrations across critical business systems such as Dynamics 365 and Ticketek.

• Degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent experience
• Strong Azure administration experience, including tenant configuration and security
• Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse, including data modelling
• Hands-on experience with Azure integrations using Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Event Hubs, Service Bus and API Management
• Strong SQL/PostgreSQL and/or KQL skills, with experience in data and complex queries
• Technical experience with Dynamics 365 and/or Business Central
• Microsoft certifications preferred — e.g. AZ-204, AZ-104, PL-400

Responsibilities

• Design and support Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse solutions
• Build and manage Azure integrations using Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, Event Hubs and API Management
• Administer and secure Azure environment, including identity, access, resources and cost management
• Manage data flows and integrations across Dataverse, SQL databases and business platforms
• Monitor integrations, troubleshoot issues and carry out root-cause analysis
• Establish Power Platform standards, ALM and CI/CD processes using Azure DevOps
• Collaborate with Platforms team and vendors on system integrations and projects
• Provide technology support for live events, ensuring systems remain secure and reliable
