Cloudticity is seeking an Azure Cloud Engineer to manage day-to-day cloud operations and provide innovative solutions to healthcare challenges.

Qualifications

• US citizen living in the US
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Azure Administrator Associate required
• Azure DevOps Engineer Expert or Terraform Associate certifications preferred
• Ability to work across US time zones
• Three years of experience with Microsoft Azure
• Experience with infrastructure as code using Terraform and/or Bicep
• Proficiency with Azure core services
• Basic knowledge of networking and Azure-native constructs
• Understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems
• Experience with Azure DevOps pipelines or equivalent CI/CD tools
• Self-motivated and eager to learn
• Ability to lead and mentor a team
• Strong communication skills for client interactions
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation and work off-hours

Responsibilities

• Solve customer support requests using industry-leading tools
• Address challenging customer needs in Azure-hosted environments
• Ensure customer satisfaction with innovative solutions
• Identify and resolve infrastructure vulnerabilities and deployment issues in Azure
• Design, deploy, and maintain Azure infrastructure including networks and security services
• Support Azure governance and compliance with healthcare regulations
• Participate in on-call rotations for 24/7 support
• Expand Azure and cloud engineering skills
• Manage L2 Support Engineering needs and deployments using Infrastructure as Code
