• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Bicep, ARM templates, Terraform).
• Familiarity with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and operational tooling.
• Knowledge of Azure Backup and disaster recovery concepts.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and Azure integration.
• Support for Dynamics 365 or business application infrastructure.
• Experience with Azure services for AI solutions and automation.
• Knowledge of enterprise networking and security.
• Experience with macOS device management and Microsoft Intune.

Responsibilities

• Administer and continuously improve Microsoft Azure environment.
• Support design, implementation, and operation of secure, scalable, and cost-effective Azure infrastructure.
• Manage and optimize Azure Virtual Desktop environments.
• Provide Azure platform support for business and IT projects.
• Administer Azure resources including virtual machines and storage accounts.
• Support implementation of Azure-based solutions.
• Work with Azure Storage services.
• Ensure Azure services are secure, reliable, and well-documented.
• Monitor performance, availability, security, and cost efficiency.
• Automate tasks and operational processes using PowerShell or scripting.
• Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to translate requirements.
• Identify opportunities for Azure services to improve processes.
• Contribute to cloud governance and operational standards.
• Stay updated with Microsoft Azure developments.
