Azure DevOps Engineer

Job summary

As an Azure DevOps Engineer, you will work directly with customers to deliver public cloud transformation projects in Azure, utilizing infrastructure as code for resource deployment and configuration.

Qualifications

• Preferred experience in Microsoft Azure or other public cloud platforms
• Skills in IaC provisioning with tools like Terraform, Puppet, Chef, Ansible
• Experience with Bicep is ideal
• Skills in CI/CD pipeline tools like GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps
• Awareness of Microsoft’s Cloud Adoption and Well Architected Frameworks
• Experience in a DevOps role or project delivery using IaC
• Knowledge of networking principles in public cloud
• Knowledge of firewalls in PaaS or 3rd party appliances
• Experience supporting Windows Server environments

Responsibilities

• Deploy Azure resources using infrastructure as code (IaC)
• Build and configure CI/CD pipelines for customer environments
• Take technical ownership of project delivery
• Align deployment tasks with Azure best practices
• Create templates for optimized future deployments
• Ensure compliance with security standards and guidelines
