Job summary
Operate and continuously improve cloud-native services on a shared Microsoft Azure platform, helping product teams work more autonomously while maintaining reliable platform services. The role manages incidents, tickets and operational requests; supports migrations, deployments, testing and documentation; and collaborates with platform engineers and development teams using Kubernetes, Helm, ArgoCD/GitOps, Terraform and GitHub Enterprise CI/CD.

Qualifications
- Strong experience with Azure cloud services and platform operations
- Hands-on knowledge of Kubernetes, Helm and ArgoCD/GitOps
- Experience with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Enterprise
- Understanding of monitoring, observability and Azure networking concepts, including DNS, Private Endpoints and Managed Identities
