Job summary
Operate and continuously improve cloud-native services on a shared Microsoft Azure platform, helping product teams work autonomously and maintaining reliable platform operations. Responsibilities include incident and request management, migration support, deployments, testing, and documentation, using Kubernetes, Helm, ArgoCD/GitOps, Terraform, GitHub Enterprise CI/CD, and Azure monitoring, observability, and networking.

Qualifications
- Strong experience with Azure cloud services and platform operations.
- Hands-on knowledge of Kubernetes, Helm, and ArgoCD/GitOps.
- Experience with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code.
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Enterprise.
- Understanding of monitoring, observability, and Azure networking concepts, including DNS, Private Endpoints, and Managed Identities.
Responsibilities
- Operate and support services on a shared Azure platform.
- Manage incidents, tickets, and operational requests.
- Support migrations, deployments, testing, and documentation updates.
- Collaborate with platform engineers and development teams to improve autonomy, operational excellence, and platform reliability.
