Job summary

The Azure DevOps Engineer role is essential for ensuring the secure, stable, and efficient operation of the Data & AI platform utilizing Azure and Databricks. Responsibilities include monitoring and operating these platforms, automating operational tasks through Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD, and optimizing performance and costs of cloud solutions.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure platforms
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions
• Experience in incident, problem, and change management
• Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (preferably Terraform)
• Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
• Good understanding of cloud security, IAM, and network concepts
• Experience in operating production platforms and critical systems

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor Azure and Databricks platforms
• Analyze and resolve incidents and operational disruptions
• Develop monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions
• Conduct deployments, releases, and changes in production environments
• Automate recurring operational tasks using Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD
• Support security, network, and permission concepts
• Optimize performance and costs of the cloud platform
• Create and maintain operational documentation and runbooks
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and development of operational standards
