Job summary

Seeking an experienced Azure Infrastructure Architect for infrastructure migrations from AWS or GCP to Azure. This remote contract role involves collaboration with sales and project teams, mentoring technical staff, and a strong understanding of Azure solutions.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years implementing technical solutions and designing architecture.
• Deep understanding of Microsoft's Cloud Adoption Framework and Azure Well-Architected Framework.
• Proven ability to build and manage a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to operate effectively with incomplete or evolving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an Infrastructure Solutions Architect, collaborating with the sales team to assess client environments, design target Azure architectures, estimate migration efforts, and prepare migration plans.
• Lead as a solution architect, partnering with project managers, DevOps engineers, and client teams to deliver migration projects.
• Mentor technical teams by fostering innovative problem-solving and providing ongoing training.
• Act as a customer advocate by understanding client needs and delivering solutions.
• Support the technical development of team members through guidance and leadership.
• Contribute to the organization's growth by developing and promoting Azure migration solutions.
