Seeking a Big Data DevOps Engineer in Karlsruhe to work in a cross-functional team focused on building a cloud-native data integration platform.
Qualifications
- Completed degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics with extensive relevant work experience.
- Experience in operation, monitoring, and deployment of Java applications on modern container platforms.
- Practical experience or strong interest in operating Big Data architectures.
- Proficient in modern DevOps environments.
- Fluent in German (C1 level) and good English (B2 level).
- Team player with a methodical and goal-oriented work style.
Responsibilities
- Work independently as a DevOps Engineer in a motivated, cross-functional team.
- Responsible for the design, provision, and development of IT services for data integration.
- Manage incident and problem management (2nd and 3rd level support) for data products.
- Ensure operational stability, delivery speed, and quality of data integration services.
- Contribute to the development of modern cloud-native data architecture.
