Job summary

Naval Group is seeking a DevSecOps Platform Engineer to design, build, and automate the infrastructure and tools for their development platform.

Qualifications

• Solid experience with Kubernetes in production
• Ability to create tools, not just use them
• Strong knowledge of Rust; Go knowledge is a plus
• Embrace DevSecOps culture
• Comfortable with Spotify model and cross-collaboration
• Curiosity or experience with AI/ML workflows

Responsibilities

• Administer and evolve Kubernetes clusters
• Manage Infrastructure as Code for reproducibility and immutability
• Ensure scalability and high availability of environments
• Develop tools, K8S operators, and microservices primarily in Rust and GoLang
• Optimize Developer Experience for users
• Manage CI/CD pipelines under GitLab CI/CD
• Integrate 'Shift-Left' security in pipelines
• Maintain and enhance observability stack
• Participate in integrating AI components in infrastructure
