Responsibilities

• Manage Trade Management Engineering and related functions
• Lead engineering of CDSClear’s clearing platform
• Direct management of London based team members
• Collaborate with Risk Development, QA, IT Support and other colleagues
• Engage with projects during full SDLC
• Lead Continuous Improvement across the IT stack
• Understand business requirements and design solutions
• Manage third-line support of Production and Test systems
