Job summary

The SaaS / DevOps Release Manager is responsible for leading release management processes, including planning, scheduling, and deployment, while ensuring compliance with governance and security standards. This role focuses on driving CI/CD adoption, collaborating with engineering teams on automation, and coaching teams on modern release practices using tools like Azure DevOps and ServiceNow.

Responsibilities
