Job summary
Responsible for configuring, supporting, and enhancing Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) platforms for secure authentication and authorization services.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management or related technical disciplines.
- Experience with identity platforms like Okta, Auth0, or Ping Identity.
- Knowledge of identity and authentication standards including OAuth 2.0 and SAML.
- Experience troubleshooting authentication issues in cloud environments.
- Familiarity with scripting or automation technologies like JavaScript.
- Understanding of security principles including Zero Trust and identity governance.
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain enterprise CIAM platforms for secure customer authentication and authorization.
- Support customer registration, account recovery, profile management, and identity lifecycle processes.
- Implement and manage authentication technologies including SSO, MFA, and federated identity services.
- Develop integrations using identity protocols such as OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML 2.0, and SCIM.
- Analyze authentication logs and platform performance metrics to troubleshoot access issues.
- Design API-based integrations between applications and identity services for secure access management.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures for CIAM services.
- Collaborate with development teams to validate secure customer identity solutions.
- Participate in platform upgrades and configuration changes to ensure service stability.
- Support security assessments and compliance activities related to identity platforms.
- Contribute to automation initiatives for operational efficiency and platform reliability.
- Evaluate emerging CIAM technologies and identity security best practices.
