Job summary

Leads automation and operational support for enterprise platform environments and services in Microsoft Azure, enabling reliable, secure releases across development, testing, staging, and production. Designs CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code, develops operational tools and platform services, and supports application and deployment troubleshooting. The role also implements monitoring, secrets management, incident response, recovery, and release controls for cloud-based applications and distributed systems.

Qualifications

• Experience designing CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and infrastructure as code.
• Experience supporting multiple environments and complex release processes.
• Experience with Azure infrastructure, platform services, networking, identity, monitoring, and security.
• Experience operating microservices, APIs, distributed applications, and cloud-based development tools.
• Experience developing tools, scripts, utilities, APIs, or automation using modern programming languages.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with delivery, security, and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Provision and configure Azure infrastructure and platform services.
• Develop and maintain tools, scripts, utilities, APIs, and reusable automation.
• Manage development, testing, staging, and production environments.
• Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, dashboards, and operational reporting.
• Coordinate releases, environment readiness, deployment validation, rollback, and stabilization.
• Maintain source code, runbooks, configuration records, and technical documentation.
