Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Directors and Solution Architects to qualify solutions
• Build relationships across customer IT silos
• Act as a high-impact resource in decision-making processes
• Lead product integration demonstrations and POCs
• Position and present technical benefits and differentiators
• Provide technical specifications and documentation
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of mainframe software products
• Analyze environment requirements for Life Cycle Management solutions
• Review and refine solution plans for Endevor
• Conduct hardware and software comparative evaluations
• Oversee installation and optimization of solutions
• Serve as senior technical tier for post-implementation support
• Analyze customer environments for actionable improvements
