Qualifications
- Six or more years of experience with cloud architecture.
- Experience designing, implementing, and managing on-premises, cloud, and hybrid compute and storage architectures for mission or enterprise environments.
- Experience with major cloud providers (e.g., AWS, Azure) and hybrid architectures, including VPC/VNet design, IAM, networking, security groups, and storage solutions.
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible).
- Experience developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and configuration management.
- Experience integrating systems in secure, classified, or mission environments, applying cybersecurity principles, Zero Trust concepts, and hardening standards.
- Experience with networking fundamentals, interconnectivity, APIs, and system integration.
- Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and observability tooling (e.g., CloudWatch, Prometheus, ELK/EFK, Grafana) for performance, reliability, and availability.
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
- High School Diploma or GED.
Responsibilities
- Oversee a team of professionals to guide clients in modernizing IT infrastructure using enterprise cloud platforms.
- Support national security efforts by accelerating the integration of Artificial Intelligence solutions.
- Collaborate with AI Model Engineers, Data Engineers, and software teams to design, integrate, and optimize hybrid compute and storage environments for AI information systems.
- Develop and manage modular, scalable architectures supporting AI models, data pipelines, and mission workflows.
- Explore innovative approaches for building resilient AI infrastructure, enhancing monitoring and performance.
- Enable real-time situational awareness through a Common Operational Picture (COP).
- Modernize existing mission systems or architect new end-to-end solutions.
- Contribute to secure, high-availability platforms for critical national-level operations.
