Job summary
SOTI is seeking a Cloud Architect to design and evolve scalable cloud architectures primarily on AWS and Azure. The role involves building automation, improving existing cloud environments, and collaborating with various teams to enhance cloud solutions.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in technology, including 4+ years in a Cloud Architect role
- Strong hands-on AWS experience for production-grade architectures
- Solid hands-on Microsoft Azure experience for enterprise services
- Experience with AWS services including EC2, ECS, Lambda, and more
- Hands-on Azure experience with Virtual Machines and networking
- Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong understanding of Azure networking and cloud automation
- Proficient in PowerShell scripting and cloud automation
Responsibilities
- Design and evolve scalable cloud architectures across AWS and Azure
- Architect AWS solutions using various cloud-native services
- Design and support Azure solutions using Virtual Machines and Azure SQL
- Build automation using PowerShell, Bash, Python, AWS CLI, Azure CLI
- Design automated workflows for infrastructure provisioning and application deployment
- Build and improve Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD practices
- Design multi-region, high-availability, disaster recovery solutions
- Collaborate with Development, DevOps, SRE, and Cloud Operations teams
