Job summary
Capgemini is seeking a Cloud Architect to support global banks, financial service providers, and insurance companies in mastering industry challenges. The role involves advising clients on cloud architecture, engineering leadership, and the targeted use of modern AI and automation tools in cloud environments. This position can be filled full-time or part-time.

Qualifications
- Relevant vocational training or a degree in (business) informatics or another MINT subject
- Experience in designing and working with enterprise-level Cloud Governance and Landing Zone Frameworks
- Expertise in containers and serverless technologies, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Knative, or Lambda
- Experience in supporting and guiding teams in selecting the best solution for a given problem
- Knowledge in designing IaC solutions with Terraform, Biceps, CDK, and GitOps
- Knowledge in promoting the use of these technologies
- Ability to communicate and present convincingly
- Openness to project-related travel
- Very good German and English language skills
Responsibilities
- Support global banks, financial service providers, and insurance companies in mastering industry challenges
- Advise clients on cloud architecture, engineering leadership, and the targeted use of modern AI and automation tools in cloud environments
- Maintain client relationships
- Build strategic partnerships with clients
- Expand existing knowledge in the design and development of customized cloud-based solutions in AWS and/or Azure
- Develop cloud platforms and landing zones
- Assume a technical leadership role
- Drive innovation through technical expertise
- Support other engineers and architects through mentoring and coaching
- Contribute to the further development of the portfolio
- Share knowledge in technical workshops
