Cloud /Devops Engineer

Job summary

The Cloud Engineer develops and supports scalable, fault-tolerant cloud infrastructure and DevOps pipelines, primarily on AWS. The role includes designing and maintaining software builds, scripts, and installation procedures; improving cloud infrastructure and CI/CD workflows; implementing system security; and automating services across teams using tools such as Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and programming languages including Python, Java, and C++.

Qualifications

• At least 12 months of programming and cloud engineering experience
• Experience developing on AWS
• Working knowledge of CI/CD tools and concepts
• Experience managing AWS infrastructure
• Experience with DevOps tools
• Working knowledge of SQL, query authoring, and databases
• Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases
• Understanding of containerization with Docker and Kubernetes
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell
• Relevant cloud certifications
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a similar quantitative field
• Willingness to relocate depending on the client assignment
