Cloud DevOps Engineer - GCP

Job summary

The Cloud DevOps Engineer - GCP is responsible for delivering infrastructure for project initiatives using the Enterprise Landing Zone (ELZ) platform while enhancing cloud services. Key responsibilities include utilizing Infrastructure as Code and DevOps automation tools such as Terraform, Bitbucket, and Jenkins, as well as ensuring the development and delivery of technical solutions on public cloud environments, primarily GCP.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience delivering Cloud infrastructure and cloud services across IaaS, PaaS and SaaS in secure, governed enterprise environments
• hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code and DevOps automation
• strong troubleshooting, analysis and problem-solving skills
• working knowledge of scripting and automation using at least one language or toolset
• experience with Kubernetes, application deployment patterns and cloud-native delivery practices
