Job summary
The role designs and improves SaaS cloud infrastructure and DevOps processes supporting digital data exchange between the pharmaceutical industry and regulatory authorities. Responsibilities include automating integrated workflows, architecting and documenting secure, high-performance, highly available infrastructure as code, and advancing cloud software validation. The work uses AWS services, scripting languages, container technologies, and monitoring tools.

Qualifications
- Degree in computer science or equivalent qualification
- Strong knowledge of AWS services, including VPC, networking, EC2, RDS, IAM, CloudFormation, Lambda, and S3
- Good knowledge of Bash, Python, PowerShell, or other supported scripting languages
- Proficiency with YAML, JSON, or other description languages
- DevOps experience with Git, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and test-driven workflows preferred
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes preferred
- Knowledge of agile methods, network infrastructure, IT security, and identity and access management
- Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, or other logging and monitoring tools is an advantage
- Fluent German and English
Responsibilities
- Design and automate fast, integrated processes to improve customer experience
- Design, architect, and document infrastructure covering infrastructure as code, security, performance, and high availability
- Evaluate and implement improvements across the SaaS infrastructure
- Collaborate with international customers and colleagues
- Communicate updates, strategies, and training initiatives across the organization
- Help expand the agile DevOps team
- Advance software validation processes for cloud applications
