Job summary
Support the design, implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of secure AWS cloud environments for critical government missions. Build and maintain AWS GovCloud infrastructure using EC2, EBS, S3, VPC, IAM, and AWS Organizations; resolve infrastructure, access, and networking issues through support tickets; and improve team processes and documentation.

Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI with CI Poly security clearance.
- At least 2 years of experience building, supporting, or troubleshooting cloud infrastructure.
- Prior experience supporting infrastructure in AWS GovCloud.
- Experience with EC2, EBS, S3, VPC, IAM users, roles and policies, and AWS Organizations.
- Experience in a ticket-driven support environment.
- Foundational understanding of cloud architecture principles, the AWS Well-Architected Framework, and cloud networking.
Responsibilities
- Build, configure, operate, and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure, including AWS GovCloud environments.
- Manage support tickets and troubleshoot infrastructure, access, and networking issues through resolution.
- Communicate ticket status, technical issues, and resolutions to teammates and stakeholders.
- Contribute to improvements in team processes and documentation.
- Continue developing AWS knowledge and technical skills.
