Job summary

The Cloud Engineer role focuses on the design, setup, and operation of cloud platforms, particularly SaaS, while supporting incident, change, and problem management. Key responsibilities include administration and configuration of Entra ID, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Intune, Exchange Online, and security functions, along with collaboration with internal departments and external service providers.

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training as an IT specialist (Informatiker/in EFZ) with further education (e.g., HF in IT or equivalent)
• Several years of experience in engineering and operating cloud platforms, especially Microsoft 365, Azure, and AWS
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, and AWS
• Experience with other cloud platforms, on-premises systems, open source tech stack, and IT security is a plus
• Service-oriented, committed, and reliable personality with strong team spirit and willingness to participate in on-call duty
• Fluent in one official language (German or French) and good knowledge of a second official language, along with solid English skills
