Job summary
Evoke is seeking a Cloud Engineer with a focus on AI for a 3-6 month Fixed Term Contract. This role involves building, operating, and evolving Evoke’s AI platforms, including Machine Learning and Agentic AI solutions, within a newly established team. The engineer will work with AWS technologies and third-party integrations to deliver a robust and scalable AI platform.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in a Cloud, Platform, or Infrastructure Engineering role
- Strong expertise in AWS cloud technologies, including AI and Machine Learning services such as Amazon Bedrock and SageMaker
- Solid understanding of Agentic AI concepts and supporting technologies, including AWS AgentCore
- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and Infrastructure as a Code
- Experience designing, operating, and supporting cloud-native platforms and distributed systems
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain cloud-native software and services across AWS and third-party integrations
- Build and improve core infrastructure for Evoke’s AI and Machine Learning platforms
- Develop expertise in AWS AI technologies, including Amazon Bedrock and SageMaker
- Provide technical support and operational ownership for Evoke’s core AI platforms and services
- Contribute to platform reliability, observability, automation, and operational excellence
- Participate in an on-call support rota for 24/7 platform support
