As a Cloud Engineer at Anglicare Sydney, you will support and evolve cloud platforms and modern workplace technologies to deliver vital services to the community.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Cloud Engineer or similar role
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services
• Experience managing Microsoft 365 environments
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and hybrid cloud environments
• Experience implementing cloud security and compliance controls
• Experience with PowerShell scripting
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Relevant qualification in Information Technology

Responsibilities

• Implement, support and optimise cloud solutions across Microsoft Azure
• Manage Azure infrastructure including virtual machines, storage, networking and platform services
• Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive
• Manage and support Microsoft Entra ID, hybrid identity solutions and conditional access policies
• Monitor cloud performance, availability, capacity and costs
• Implement and maintain cloud security controls and compliance frameworks
• Develop automation solutions using PowerShell
• Support cloud migration projects and modernisation of infrastructure platforms
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Provide level 2/3 support and resolve incidents
