Job summary

The IT Cloud Engineer/Architect is responsible for the deployment, administration, monitoring, and support of Microsoft Azure, Power Automate, Teams/SharePoint, and all other Office 365 services. This role requires strong problem-solving and analytical skills, along with a collaborative approach to building trust and rapport in the workplace.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge and experience in technical functions described
  • Strong practical experience in PowerShell
  • Experience with developing an end-user training program
  • Experience with Domain and DNS management
  • Networking experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage, develop, design, deploy, and monitor Azure infrastructure services, environments, automation services, and technology requirements, including third-party integrations
  • Support design and implementation of processes and procedures for Power Automate services
  • Support and monitor Power Automate services for performance, resource availability, and cost, including Power BI, PowerApps, Flow, Premium Capacity, and Common Data Services
  • Monitor and maintain Power Automate licenses to ensure adherence to licensing requirements
  • Support development, deployment, and adherence to a Power Automate governance plan
  • Support all third-party connectors, including requirements for connections to on-premise or Cloud data sources
  • Perform Teams and SharePoint Online development and administration
  • Work with users to develop technical architecture and designs for scalable enterprise SharePoint Online solutions
  • Monitor and validate allowed domains, guest accounts, and external sharing links for sites and services
  • Design solutions based on established patterns and best practices around Content Management, Records Management, User Adoption, Governance, Change Management, and external access
  • Support integration with third-party applications
  • Develop and maintain an end-user training program for existing and new functionality
  • Monitor, maintain, and support Office 365 issues, storage, licenses, and administrative tasks
  • Monitor Office 365 service health and report on incidents or advisories that impact services
  • Collaborate with security to develop and support DLP and AIP policies and tags
  • Manage external Domain services, including DNS, Webhosting, and migration
  • Conduct independent research, interpret technical documents, draw valid conclusions, and develop technological solutions for complex IT problems
  • Manage cloud-based information technology products and services to ensure high levels of performance and availability
  • Provide on-call and after-hours support as needed for functions escalated by IT Service Center
  • Perform special projects and related tasks as requested
