Job summary
Build, operate, and evolve enterprise-scale Microsoft Azure platforms supporting critical business services. The role focuses on platform engineering, security, networking, resilience, and cloud operations, including improving Azure Landing Zones and governance, delivering Terraform infrastructure as code, and developing CI/CD pipelines and automation. It also advances reliability and observability using tools such as GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Azure Monitor, and Log Analytics.

Qualifications
- Experience with enterprise-scale Microsoft Azure environments.
- Expertise in Terraform and infrastructure as code.
- Experience with GitHub, GitHub Actions, and Azure DevOps.
- Knowledge of Azure Landing Zones, policy, and governance.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, RBAC, and Privileged Identity Management.
- Knowledge of Azure networking, including vWAN, ExpressRoute, DNS, and Private Endpoints.
- Knowledge of Azure Firewall, Web Application Firewall, and Azure Front Door.
- Experience with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and observability tooling.
- Platform engineering, automation, and technical leadership experience.
- Azure certifications such as AZ-104 or AZ-305, or equivalent, are desirable.
- Experience with FinOps, Azure Container Apps or Kubernetes, AI workloads, or retail and enterprise environments is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Build, support, and improve Azure platform services.
- Enhance Azure Landing Zones, governance frameworks, and security controls.
- Deliver and maintain Terraform infrastructure as code.
- Develop and improve CI/CD pipelines and automation.
- Improve platform reliability, resilience, and observability.
- Support cloud modernisation initiatives.
- Enable secure and scalable cloud adoption with engineering teams.
- Contribute to technical standards, best practices, and platform roadmaps.
