Job summary
Ensure end-users can work effectively by resolving IT issues and optimizing management processes. Support and guide less experienced colleagues while working with Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory.
Qualifications
- Operational experience in the sector
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Exchange, Azure Active Directory, and Modern Desktop
- ITIL and Microsoft certified
- Other relevant certifications welcome
- Enjoy working in a team
