• Technical education and practical IT experience
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux
• Good knowledge of server infrastructure and networking technologies
• Enjoy contact with Opacc Cloud customers
• Teamwork and strong problem-solving skills
• Willingness for evening shifts to maintain customer systems
• Participation in 7x24 on-call organization
• Motivation to learn and take responsibility

Responsibilities

• Manage customer systems in the Opacc Cloud Center
• Install and update systems/applications in the Opacc Cloud Center
• Monitor systems
• Handle incidents
• Assist in the development of the Opacc Cloud Center
