Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience with program management, including managing complex IT projects
- Top Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or IT
- DoDM 8140.03 for Defensive Cyber Workforce (DCWF) Work Role 801 Advanced Level Certification
- PMI Certification, such as PgMP or PMP Certification
- ITIL 4 Foundation and Managing Professional Framework Certification
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project tools
- Experience developing and writing Performance Work Statements (PWS) or Statements of Work (SOW)
- Experience reviewing vendor proposals and vendor management to align contracts and SLAs
- Experience with performance-based and award fee contracts
- Knowledge of DoD project or program management practices
- Ability to lead large, multifunctional teams of 150+ personnel
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to anticipate, mitigate, and resolve risks and conflicts across workstreams
- Master's degree in Project Management or IT
- SAFe Program Consultant Certification
Responsibilities
- Support cloud migration efforts for transition to cloud architectures
- Evaluate cloud technologies, architectures, and data types
- Develop implementation planning and administer a development environment
- Utilize publicly available repositories to streamline development activities
- Leverage open-source standards to ensure integration of services
- Work with the Army client to inform strategy and design
- Ensure standards are met throughout the cloud migration process
- Recommend tools and solutions based on research of the current environment and knowledge of various on-premise, cloud-based, and hybrid resources
- Guide team in overcoming client challenges in the cloud
