Qualifications

• Experience in cloud computing (Azure preferred).
• Expertise in automation and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM).
• Experience using AI-assisted engineering tools.
• Experience supporting shared platform services.
• Strong understanding of networking and security concepts.
• Experience with Identity and Access Management (Azure AD, RBAC).
• Proficiency with cloud networking infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with API gateways and cloud architectures.
• Strong system administration background.
• Scripting/programming proficiency (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
• Experience with containers and Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Design the AKS cluster model for the Canadian segment.
• Implement improvements to existing infrastructure with zero disruption to business operations.
• Build an integrated end-to-end experience for application development teams.
• Automate cluster maintenance tasks and operational workflows using Infrastructure-as-Code.
• Continuously find opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve deployment efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise risk and security standards.
• Monitor and maintain the health and performance of AKS clusters.
• Partner with application development teams to meet business and technical needs.
• Work closely with capability-owner teams to align standards and integrate services.
• Maintain positive relationships with business partners and technology teams.
