Cloud Engineer

Job summary

Seeking a skilled AWS Cloud Solutions Engineer for a 6-month contract to design, implement, and support scalable cloud solutions on AWS.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with AWS services
• Proficiency in Terraform, CloudFormation, or other IaC tools
• Strong understanding of networking, security, and cloud architecture principles
• Experience with scripting languages and automation tools
• Familiarity with containerization and DevOps practices
• Exposure to backend development using Java/J2EE
• Experience with CI/CD tools
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy secure, scalable, and resilient cloud infrastructure on AWS
• Collaborate with architects and development teams
• Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Implement CI/CD pipelines
• Monitor and optimize cloud environments
• Ensure compliance with security and governance standards
• Troubleshoot application related issues on cloud
