• Proven professional experience with backup and recovery solutions (e.g., Veeam, AvePoint, Rubrik) in hybrid IT environments.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Cloud technologies, including M365, Azure, Active Directory/Entra ID, Exchange, and SharePoint.
• In-depth expertise in Cyber Recovery and recovery after cyberattacks.
• Experience in IT Service Continuity Management and Business Continuity Management.
• Practical knowledge in infrastructure automation, for example with Terraform.
• Ideally, experience with AI-based solutions for system and process optimization.
• Analytical, structured, and independent work style, maintaining an overview in critical situations.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Implement, administer, and monitor IT systems and services in hybrid infrastructures (On-Premises, Multi-Cloud, Hybrid Cloud), including IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform), with a focus on Cyber Recovery.
• Analyze and resolve incidents in 2nd and 3rd-level support, emphasizing Cyber Recovery scenarios.
• Continuously develop existing systems and services to improve performance, reduce costs, and minimize risks, using automation and AI.
• Ensure smooth system operation and correct, efficient licensing within lifecycle management.
• Manage and control external partners and service providers in coordination with leadership, and support market analyses for hardware, software, and IT services selection.
• Contribute to concept development and implement solutions in Cyber Recovery and Business Continuity.
• Support planning, coordination, and execution of IT projects and business sub-projects during realization, testing, and rollout phases.
• Advise departments on projects and changes to IT services, systems, and applications, particularly regarding Cyber Recovery and Continuity Management.
• Create and maintain necessary documentation for operations and support, especially for Cyber Recovery processes.
• Support continuous analysis, evaluation, and implementation of process optimizations, efficient interfaces, and automation solutions.
