• U.S. citizenship or valid U.S. work authorization required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.
• 3 to 8 years of experience in Linux system administration and infrastructure virtualization.
• Good knowledge of AWS infrastructure services and strong scripting skills.
• Expert-level proficiency with SaltStack or Ansible.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, manage, maintain, and operate cloud infrastructure using best-practice patterns.
• Build and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) pipelines.
• Automate deployments and ensure repeatable release pipelines.
• Propose system improvements for performance and cost-efficiency.
• Define and refine critical KPIs.
• Build and maintain observability stacks.
• Monitor and optimize system performance and reliability.
• Identify and remediate security risks.
• Write technical documentation and conduct training sessions.
• Participate in on-call rotations and incident investigations.
• Assist in capacity planning and roadmap development.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and regulations.
