Job summary
The Cloud Engineer operates and evolves the Azure cloud platform for SCIP and SCIPPY, supporting AI-driven supply chain solutions with secure, reliable, and scalable infrastructure. The role designs and automates cloud deployment, configuration, monitoring, and operations; supports analytics, AI, and GenAI workloads; and advances platform reliability and modernization using technologies including Terraform or Bicep, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure Databricks.

Qualifications
- At least three years of cloud engineering, platform engineering, or DevOps experience, including production cloud infrastructure and operations.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps.
- Knowledge of cloud security, networking, and enterprise architecture principles.
- At least two years of hands-on experience with Azure services, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, Kubernetes, containerized applications, DevOps operating models, and platform support.
- Experience supporting business-critical enterprise platforms and operating cloud-native applications with high availability and security requirements.
- Exposure to data engineering and AI workloads.
- Experience with monitoring, logging, platform reliability, and agile product teams.
- Fluent English, including participation in discussions of technical topics.
- Master's degree in a relevant field with professional experience, or a bachelor's degree in a relevant field with several years of relevant experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication, collaboration, proactive problem-solving, and ability to work in international and multicultural teams.
Responsibilities
- Operate, maintain, and improve the SCIP and SCIPPY platforms.
- Design and implement scalable Azure cloud infrastructure.
- Automate platform deployment, configuration, and monitoring.
- Ensure platform reliability, security, availability, and performance.
- Support product teams deploying analytics, AI, and GenAI solutions.
- Advance platform modernization and cloud engineering practices.
- Contribute to agentic AI solutions and next-generation supply chain capabilities.
- Collaborate with global teams across business, data, AI, and engineering.
