Job summary
Contribute to hands-on engineering work in an AI-driven mainframe modernization practice, focusing on building cloud infrastructure for legacy systems.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering with GCP
- Experience with application modernization and re-architecting legacy systems into Java, Go, or .NET
- Background in data architecture on GCP including BigQuery and data pipelines
- Exposure to consulting or professional services in project-based, client-facing environments
- Familiarity with AI engineering practices
- Experience with requirements gathering
- Familiarity with test-driven design
- Advanced proficiency in English
Responsibilities
- Implement and support application modernization solutions on GCP
- Build and maintain data pipelines and analytics infrastructure using BigQuery
- Contribute to requirements gathering and technical documentation for modernization projects
- Collaborate with distributed engineering teams in a fully GCP-based environment
