Job summary
The Cloud Engineer manages, improves, and develops Microsoft cloud and hybrid IT environments for multiple clients, keeping infrastructure secure, stable, and efficient. Responsibilities include configuring cloud infrastructure, monitoring performance and availability, investigating complex incidents and their root causes, automating recurring processes, implementing technical changes, and advising clients on IT improvements. The role focuses on Microsoft Cloud technologies, including Azure and Microsoft 365.

Qualifications
- MBO level 4 or equivalent, preferably in ICT
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in a similar technical role
- Managed Service Provider experience preferred
- Experience with Microsoft cloud and hybrid IT environments
- Experience managing and optimizing IT infrastructure
- Experience analyzing and resolving technical incidents
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for client requests
- Ability to provide professional technical advice to clients
- Good spoken and written Dutch and English
- Category B driving licence
