Job summary
Seeking a Level 2 Cloud Engineer to resolve complex technical issues and support Microsoft cloud and endpoint technologies.

Qualifications
- Experience in IT support, cloud operations, or modern workplace environments.
- Experience supporting Microsoft technologies in a Level 2 or equivalent engineering role.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Responsibilities
- Resolve complex technical issues escalated from Level 1 support teams.
- Troubleshoot and support Microsoft 365 services including Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint.
- Administer user accounts across Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
- Configure, deploy, and manage modern workplace devices.
- Participate in technology projects such as device refreshes, office relocations, and platform upgrades.
- Mentor and support Level 1 engineers.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles.
