Job summary
The Cloud Engineer operates and improves cloud infrastructure and container platforms that deliver reliable, secure, and scalable services for business-critical applications. The role maintains Microsoft Azure and Kubernetes environments, manages Terraform Infrastructure as Code, supports CI/CD pipelines, monitors and troubleshoots services, and contributes to platform lifecycle activities and cloud modernization.

Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services and infrastructure
- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and container platforms, preferably AKS
- Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, Bitbucket, and CI/CD concepts
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience supporting Windows and Linux server environments
- Understanding of TCP/IP, routing, DNS, and firewalls
- Experience with infrastructure monitoring, logging, and operational support
- Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented approach to supporting internal development teams
- Experience supporting production-critical environments
Responsibilities
- Operate, maintain, and improve Azure cloud and Kubernetes platforms
- Implement cloud infrastructure solutions according to approved standards, architectures, and business requirements
- Maintain Terraform Infrastructure as Code
- Support and optimize CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
- Monitor platform performance, availability, and security
- Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
- Support application and infrastructure teams with cloud requirements
- Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and standards
- Support platform upgrades, patching, automation, and continuous improvement
- Contribute technical expertise to infrastructure projects and cloud modernization
