Job summary

The Cloud Engineer role focuses on planning, building, and maintaining IT infrastructures to ensure optimal customer support. Responsibilities include managing cloud, IT, and network projects, as well as troubleshooting and providing support for clients. Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Intune, SharePoint Online, and Azure is essential, along with experience in firewall and VoIP technologies.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience as an ICT System Engineer
• Completed training as a system technician or equivalent experience
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, SharePoint Online, and Azure
• Solid knowledge of firewall, routing, and switching technologies
• Experience with VoIP solutions (3CX and Microsoft Teams) is a plus
• Strong independence and responsibility
• Strong customer orientation and understanding of customer needs
• Analytical and conceptual skills with a structured working style
• Very good German language skills
• Good English language skills
• Driving license category B (advantageous)
