Job summary
The role builds, installs, and operates deployable open-source cloud environments for projects involving operational military IT. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, maintaining operational documentation, ensuring business continuity and availability, defining operating standards and exercise procedures, and providing evidence to customers and internal audit. The work requires experience with Linux, containers, Kubernetes, IT service management, and cloud environments.

Qualifications
- IT degree, comparable knowledge, or at least six years of professional experience
- Knowledge of Linux, containerization, and Kubernetes
- Experience operating laboratory, test, and data center environments
- Knowledge of IT service management, including ITIL
- Knowledge of business continuity and availability, such as BSI Standard 200-4 or ISO 22301
- Practical experience with public or private cloud environments
- Strong expertise in at least one subject area and broader knowledge of related topics
- Knowledge of operational processes and incident management
- Very good German and good English, spoken and written
